The Emory Federalist Perspective

The primary focus of the journal is to publish pieces that offer new perspectives on constitutional law, public policy, and statutory interpretation. We aim to publish well-written, well-cited, thought-provoking articles. Each year, we select a topic and put on a corresponding banquet that reflects a current issue within the legal profession.
